A 4/09 bank appraisal was $289,000. Your estimate at $236,000. Can you get yours in line w/ true est

To be frank, I am in exactly this situation. I even wonder if my question on this which was sent to you a while back was just edited for brevity by someone in your office. I realize my emotional attachement... and my tendency to go on and on in my writings... However, If you have the time to cut down my request do present it here.. (which I do appreciate, as I am surely not the only one asking this question)...then why is it no one at Zillow has ever addressed the issue for our property? I have asked zillow to correct our property info several times! I also just had a CMA... I know exactly what it is worth at this time. Your zestimate is way off! Doesn't take into consideration that we have a huge barn with two bays for garage use and plenty of space left over for storage and or a fellas tinkerin...... Your zestimate doesn't take into consideration that we have improved the place with current and tasteful design... Your zestimate doesn't take into consideration that we never sold this place for $50,000... as stated by Zillow in error.. Another thing which after being asked over and over... Zillow didn't correct. Hmmmm. Anyone home here?  Thanks for your personal assistance if any one employed by Zillow would be so kind as to share with me and all your readers how to effectuate changes to these ridiculous numbers! Pardon me if I sound harsh..I just tell it like it is. Sometimes I may forgo the flowery touch. Honestly, this is not meant to antagonize..Just hoping "this time" to actually have someone address this issue. I would be eternally grateful. As I am thinking of using your site to sell my property....However yourZestimate is a total turn off .... Thank You VERY VERY much in advance as I pray for your kind attention to this quest! A G A I N!  :D  At the very least could you get that silly $50,000 phantom sale off my info sheet? I'm not soooo concerned about your way off figure on the value...The house speaks for itself...
