In truth,our profession is extremely grueling, the hours are long and the work is hard. It`s not as glamorous as some believe, and showing a home to a prospective client isn`t a sure fire sale!
Patricia Fernandez joined our office a year ago.She is our "Transaction Coordinator".
After a few months she wanted to become a Realtor.
The fact is, Patricia is a single mother of a three year old son who`s name is Jalen. It`s very difficult to make time to arrange for classes,study,take the exam.Without any assistance.
Patricia was determined to accomplish this feat. It wasn`t easy for her! Most people would have stopped attempting to do what she did! Through it all Patricia showed the confidence that a "True Professional" has when it comes to becoming a Realtor.
Yesterday, Patricia passed the state of Florida Real Estate exam and became a Realtor!
We`re all ecstatic for her accomplishments and were behind her each step of the way! The tenacity that this women demonstrated is phenomenal and I know that she will become a very successful Realtor. Congratulations Patricia.. Job well done!
