A drastic change in zestimate calculation

The homes that were in $600K range a couple of months ago, are now showing at $500K range. The issue is not in the drop in the price, however the graph does not show that these homes were ever in $600K range in 2010. Instead, the map shifted down, which leads us to conclude that there must have been a major calculation change or an error in Zestimate in the last couple months. It should at least maintain the historical data accurately and show the price drop, if in fact there was $100K drop in the whole neigborhood within a cople of months!
Thanks.
