You need to claim the property as the owner before you can edit anything. Even then, it won't let you edit the location yet, but you can report a problem with the location or any other problems. The "report a problem" is under the edit drop down.
But from what you are stating, perhaps it is indicating something other than a residential property on the map? If so, Zillow may not have any county records for the property. It is possible to create a new record, but it would be a "listing", or at least a "make me move".
