A house sold up the street from me by owner, how do I get that into my zestimate?

It's the closest house that sold near me, but it sold by owner so I'm not sure if those get posted on here.  I need it for my zestimate.

It should show up on Zillow once they get the information from the local recording source. In my area, those take about 4-5 weeks to show up on the list.
