A listing agent who I have not hired keeps listing my home as for sale. How can I stop it?

Every few months my house is showing in Zillow as "For Sale" and it is definately NOT FOR SALE!!  I contacted the supposed listing agent to remove the listing, and she said it just a mistake, that someone must have stolen her password, and not to blame her.  I have claimed my home, which allows me to remove the "For Sale" but it only last for about 15 days, and then it shows as listed again.  Since there are always home for sale in my neighborhood, people are checking on my house as well. as a comparable..parking at the curb, taking notes, driving away.  My privacy is being invaded.  How can I "blacklist" this agent and get her removed from being associated with my house?

NRN -

Sorry for the inconvenience.

The property was posted for sale via an automated feed from SyndaFeed LLC under the an agent's representation. The reason that it keeps on showing as for sale on Zillow is because it is still active from the source.

To prevent your home from being re-posted on Zillow, I will contact the agent to have the property released/updated from the source of the feed.

If she is indeed an agent, you should contact your local board of realtors and report it. If that doesn't work, call your state's real estate commision. I'm in Colorado, and agents here could loose their license for this kind of nonsense.
