The first listing was posted via an automated data feed from Homes and Land. While the second listing was posted manually on the website. I would suggest that you remove the manually created listing from the website. Just click on "Edit status" beside the sale price and choose "No longer for sale" on the next page. Once you have done that, please get back to this thread so we can submit that to the proper department for deletion.
