There may have been some sort of delay in the property posting for sale.  But it's for sale now:

Was that Victoria Ave?  At the moment, that property isn't listed for sale on Zillow.   Zillow doesn't pull from the MLS, but receives data feeds from brokerages and various sites such as Postlets (in addition to manual additions of properties for sale).
