A nearby home's value is wrong, was not an arm's length transact, how can correct?

A nearby home had a sale value far below market. It was not an arm's length transaction, there was no public sales/purchase. How can this be corrected since it very much lowers our home's value on Zillow?

If you open the house's home detail page, you will see that there is a little flag in the transaction history.   Click on it and report the issue.
