Since it is your neighbor's house and not yours, either
1) contact the listing agent and "suggest" that they might want to edit the location on Zillow for better marketing exposure.
OR
2) Use the "report a problem" under the edit pull down tab under the main photo on the home details page of your neighbor's property, and let Zillow deal with the correction and/or discussion with agent.
