The agent probably can't delete it from Zillow because he has it on another site feeding into Zillow. Here's a link to the other site. Ask him (politely but firmly with cc to his broker) to remove it from the other site. Give him 3 business days. (Once removed from his feed site, it should remove the "for sale" status within 24 h.

I would email this agent and ask him to remove the realestate book feed to Zillow here. Once he removes that feed, the for sale listing will come off of Zillow.
There are other internet listings here and here, but those may be coming from the same realestatebook.com feed so I would make sure they come down too once the original feed is removed.

A previous agent has listed my house for sale and claim thy can not delete it. What can I do?
