A review that was not posted

I have a client that has reviewed me but it is not showing up on my page.  This was done over a week ago.  He sent to me the link and I can see the review on the link but it does not appear on my page.  Any ideas why?

Your client can check on their page to see its status.  If client clicks on "My Zillow" in the upper right, then chooses "profile" and on the left one will see "reviews written".  

Reviews usually are out within a few days, but with a holiday and Seattle being iced up perhaps it is a bit slower.
