We love to work with referrals. We are in the Central Florida area just outside of Orlando. We offer a 25% referral fee. Send them our way and we will treat them with the experience my wife and I have with over 30 years combined in the real estate market.
I also work with referrals and got one a few weeks ago which I gladly agreed to pay a percentage of the comission. There are certain forms that have to be signed and given to the broker. Im in central Ohio :)

I too will gladly accept referrals. I'm located in the Dayton/Wright-Patt Air Force Base area of Ohio. I also am more than willing to refer my relocating clients to agents in the area(s) that they are planning on moving to.

The referral agreement between agents is signed by the agents Broker of record. Totally leagal in Florida. It clearly stipulates that all checks to be made payable to the Broker. Every Realtor understands this. Attorneys and Title Companies always make the checks out to Brokers
Wayne - I think what you are refering to is " finder's fee" - referral is different. All moneys have to be disclosed to all parties and it is payable only through the broker. We are not allowed to collect any money "under the table".
I'm in Las Vegas and would love to work with your referrals. I would also be very happy to return the favor when possible. Standard 25% would apply both ways.
