AGENTS: What to do when contacting Zillow

Zillow works hard to respond to each and every real estate pro and listing agent who contacts us. My colleagues and I are dedicated to making sure you get the assistance you need, as quickly as possible!

One of the ways you can help us do that is by including:

1. Your name
2. The email address you log in to Zillow with
3. The full property address and zip code of the listing in question
4. A complete description of the problem and your desired resolution

... in the body of any listing-related email you send us. That way, we know who you are, how to reach you, what listing is giving you problems, and what exactly you'd like us to do.

Thanks!
