Good morning Bob,
Not all the homes listed on Zillow are for sale. Your question is unclear "I checked the ML listings and hud and the house I am interested. Is not listed anywhere else. Are you stating you cant find the listing anywhere on the ML and HUD or its on ML and HUD just not on Zillow?
In most cases I have seen a house not showing up on Zillow because it is a foreclosure. If you need help looking for a house contact a realtor someone who has many connections and ways to help find you what you are looking for.

Some are for sale, some are for rent, and some are just listed on Zillow for informational purposes.
Scroll to bottom and look who furnished the listing to Zillow.
If it is furnished by a Realtor© it is most likely for sale or for rent.
Other sources have a direct feed to Zillow and can be for an undetermined purpose.
Zillow is a great place to first start looking and checking.

The majority of information on the Zillow website is actually not homes listed for sale. Zillow's intention is to be a central database of all the properties in the country, for sale or sold in the past, so that everyone has a full pool of infomation to glean from when making buying or selling decisions.

No. Most houses that are on Zillow are not for sale. The ones that are have a red icon on the map and say "For Sale" at the top of their home page.
