There are, but the key word is "investment". In other words, they're not going to pay the same price as a person buying their primary residence.

An investor needs to see return-on-investment, either as a rental or flip. Either way, they're not going to see it if they end up paying top-dollar for the property.

Yes - but they need to disclose to you before hand that this is their intent - to become the 'buyer' of your property.  Its a leagal requirement in most states.

Yes, there are many Realtors who will buy homes out right.  I suggest you call a reputable company and ask the manager for a referral.
