Sara, Jay, Spencer--thanks for the help!

Oh, but you are even better Jay!
Yes, ARMLS uses Listhub. However, I believe (and maybe Jay can confirm this) that they are an Opt In MLS. This means that they require the Broker to log on to their dashboard and select which sites you'd like to syndicate to. Once you click these buttons, syndication will happen automatically.

*Clearly* I'm not Sara from Zillow, but I can confirm that ARMLS uses ListHub...

Ah, got it.
So the type of feed that we're suggesting isn't actually an MLS feed, it's an XML feed from your brokerage. Most brokerages send XML feeds to directly to companies like Zillow (and Yahoo and Google and others). More info here.If your brokerage doesn't do XML feeds, then we also have connections with hundreds of MLSs via Listhub and Point2. I'm pretty sure that ARMLS is one of the many MLSs that sends listings to us via Listhub, but I'll ask Sara Bonert (my colleague) to confirm that and comment here. If so, then your broker just has to make sure that he/she is opting in to Listhub distribution.
Sara will come here and post more details. Sorry this is so confusing!

Spencer, Zillow asks for an MLS feed if you have 50+ listings. That is what I am trying to find

Hi Blair,
What do you mean exactly?

Not quite sure what you mean. ARMLS provides IDX feeds that you can put on a web site or blog. I like the Diverse Solutions product the best by far.
I believe you'll find this by going to the armls.com site, not flex, and looking on the left side of the page for IDX.
Hope this helps.
