First you should edit it back to what it was (you can open the public details and find the original public record by clicking of "more facts" on the property details page), then unclaim the home (found under "edit" is "release ownership claim").
This suggests a bug in the system as you have to put in the owner's name to claim a home and I suspect your name and your neighbor's aren't the same.

Are you working with an agent? Your agent should be updating your listing. Contact your agent and let them know what you did. They should be able to get this worked out for you.

Accidentely claimed I own the house next to mine.
