Account compromised (!)

My husband and I recently listed our property on Zillow at a Make Me Move price. Our listing has been compromised and I no longer have access to my own home's listing. Also, its status has been changed to For Sale and in the email I got it says that as of today it is Sold. I am NOT happy and have tried contacting someone through customer service via phone and can get no response. I expect a reply very soon as well as a pro-active plan through which to quickly resolve this issue.

I have no idea who has control of it. When I get into my account it says I have no listings. No active. No inactive. The only contact info takes you to Owners.com, where I did have a free listing but I have disabled the listing there because I don't want to lose control of that listing, too. My home listing through Zillow also says it is listed through "Owners.com Standard" which makes no sense because they were 2 separate listings. I kept all of the confirmation emails from Zillow when I initially set up the home listing here, so hopefully that will help. However, I have been unable to contact ANYONE directly affiliated with Zillow. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service and lack of response. Any suggestions as to how I can contact someone??

You are the owner so you should have control of your own listing. Do you know the person who took it over and do they have any contact information listed at the bottom of the page? I am sure that Zillow can help you get your listing back.
