Account not synching with my listing

My account is not synching with my listings that my company sent in. I tried to change my email address so that the two would match, but I can't seem to do it. Is there a way you can merge the two accounts? The two email addresses are homes@kara-sells.com and zillow@kara-sells.com. I would like to keep the homes@kara-sells.com as the email address, but, all of my profile information is in zillow@kara-sells.com.
