Ad is missing, no photos

Why does my house at 222 No 48th St, Omaha, NE 68132 not show up under my listinngs?  Yesterday I spent a long time on the phone with a nice saleslady who tried to help me.  My house shows as for sale, but the photos don't show and there are a lot of '?' in the description.
