Add a user entered field for owner or agent to just enter a property value.

So many people claim they can't enter what they think their property is worth any where besides the Description. Why not add a prominently displayed field where they can enter a value, then next to it add a field controlled by a drop down list with:

    Owner Opinion
    Agent CMA
    Licensed Appraiser
    Owners Detailed Zestimate (when My Estimate becomes available again)

and require a date be entered on all of options (automatically populated on Owners Detailed Zestimate) to be allowed to display it.

Good idea. The owner's estimate sort of works like that when it is on the page. That shows up on the top of page under the Zestimate if the owner has done one. I think that that addition of a spot for an appraisal with a date would be good, but they get stale really quickly so a less prominent spot might work better for that information.

The thing that I would like to see in the same vein of your suggestion is a spot to enter the actual rent near the Rent Zesitmate so that landlords can input it sort of like the rental version of the owner's estimate.
