Add non-traditional services sub-categories under Agents in the directory

Seems to me there are enough questions from consumer to warrant some additional categories to make the type of Agent people are seeking easier to find.  In the Agent Directory (and change it to Agents unless you require membership in the NAR to list an Agent in the directory). 

Flat Fee, Ala Carte, and Discount would be useful Listing Agent categories.

On the Buyers Agent side a rebate agreements category and possibly direct contract would be useful.
