On Zillow, use the "keyword" filter box (use the "more" button in the filters dialog area to see), and just type in those words.
(It may have difficulty with the "great room" though as many agents don't list it that way, so you need to review other wording options they might have used).
(And if you do want to search "great room" in the keywords filter, place it in quotes or the words will likely not be consecutive).

John the best way is to find a local Realtor to set up a search for you and automate it for you. This will make your life so much easier. You should search the zip code in your area here for a local agent.
Additional filters for refining house search
How do I add additional filters to further refine my house search?
Specifically, I am looking for : Ranch house with a basement, fireplace, pool (inground preferred), deck, kitchen to great room layout vs a standard "dining room".
