My name is Barbara Vipperman. I am the listing agent on this unit M-1 Ocean View Villas in North Myrtle Beach. No, this is not a concrete building but wood. The POA is $2250/year and insurance is $2100/year.

This unit just came on our rental program the end of December 2006. Rentals from 10/01/06 - 8/16/08 total $20,124.34. This unit is located directly on oceanfront, so would be in a flood plane.

Let me know if you need any more info.
Thanks.
