The address of this home is 925 W Universal. The number is no longer given for the house. Also the year my dad and I bought this house is incorrect (it was July of 2006) and the taxes are incorrect. The taxes are over 1100. and the info says 177. That may be why you have it as so low a price. I would like it to be changed as we will be selling it within the next two years and many people use Zillow to check out a property. It is about the nicest house in the neighborhood yet you show it as the lowest price of any. Thank you for looking into this for me. Also it said the "transaction" looked as though it was to a relative or something. My father and I bought it from Lisa and Eric Cameron for the going price in 2006 which was 175,00. It should be more as all the other houses around there have increased. Thank you for looking into this.
