Hi markuss12! -
We don't know the timing on individual addresses so we can't pinpoint when the photo was taken of your home. Our maps are continously trying to update and come from a variety of aerial and satellite providers. So our maps may be up to 2 or 3 years old in some places.
Only you or your neighbors as the true owners or the authorized listing agents can update, post or claim your own individual homes on Zillow. If you own other homes in the area, you can personally add or upload your other home address and other home data onto the Zillow.com site. A temporary solution is by posting the property For Sale or with a Make Me Move price: http://www.zillow.com/postings/Postings.htm?s_cid=fsb-site-topnavpost, for missing homes postings or homes not currently on our site. You can read more about this on this link: http://www.zillow.com/howto/faq/PostingFAQ.htm#cantfind for "How can I post my home on Zillow if I can't even find it on your site?" scenarios.
Another way to show the numerous homes recently built in your neighborhood is for you to upload or provide the up to date photos either on your home facts page: http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=45418256 or on Neighborhood Discussions for Cape Coral: http://www.zillow.com/real-estate/FL-Cape-Coral and http://www.zillow.com/real-estate/FL-Cape-Coral-discussions.

Is there a way to update the neighborhood pictures. Mine has been the same for a long time. There have been numerous homes built in my neighborhood.
