After my home sale contract expires, when can my home be listed as "new" (i.e. zero days on mkt)?

Sorry to say but it won't happen with most Mls services ...they have a way of tracking the history of any property listed in mls.So, you can relist but it will read the new days on the market but if someone looks further they can get the listing history ...Val McGillivray - Stone Ridge Properties
