When you find the listing on Zillow you can 'claim' it, and it will be removed from him. Hi Reza, remember me? I get all the listings from
Realty Network because none of my agents 'claim' them, and until they do, they show up under my name because I'm the only Realty Network agent associated with the listings.
I keep encouraging them to market their listings on Zillow, but none one does, so good for me I get the calls and emails. Until they create a profile and claim them as their own, they stay with me. Go figure.....

I would be interested to see how this turned out. Any update on how this was resolved?

If "Joe" is part of your MLS/Realtor Association, file a complaint and get him repremanded. If not bring suit against Zillow and you'll probably pick up a few grand.
