Hi Kristen -
Sorry for the confusion.
If you actually go to your My Zillow then Listings, you should be able to see a Cancel button near the Edit. Clicking on it will provide you options with Sold or No longer for sale.

Yes, if you sell your listings you also have to cancel them--- just for future reference. I didn't think that was exactly intuitive.

If a property is sold, the way to acknowledge this would be to delete the listing from Zillow. I think Zillow does not want sold homes to be listed on their site.
