Agent reviews and ratings overall rating calculationWe've made a change to the way we calculate an agent's overall rating, to better reflect the entire review score. Now an agent's overall rating is calculated by averaging the "likelihood to recommend" rating with the 4 sub-ratings (local knowledge, responsiveness, process expertise and negotiation skills). As a result, some agents may see their average rating go slightly up, or slightly down. Previously, the sub-ratings did not factor in to an agent's "overall" rating.Ratings and reviews are an incredibly useful tool to help consumers choose an agent. And by factoring in sub-ratings, we're providing consumers with a more comprehensive overall rating system. It will help consumers further differentiate between agents. Thanks for using Zillow!MatthewZillow Customer SupportJuly 28 2011 - US00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
