In my area I keep seeing the same agent post the same thing over and over to various home owners. It goes like this..." Hi nice home. If you are interested in using the blah blah blah services of my blah blah blah broker call me Agent Blah Blah Blah"...you get the picture.
Let me ackowledge that I too am an agent, but I refuse to post a phony "question" which is really just a pitch for a listing over and over. To me that is just annoying and beats the purpose of the Q&A section.
I really honestly like to answer people's questions if I can help them and NOT pitch my business spiel and try to solicit business.
I think it good really degrade the purpose of the home Q&A if agents just continue to spam it and use it to solicit business.
Anyone else annoyed by this?
