You should note that these are stimates based on an alogrithm which is based only on square footage, beds and baths. They also look at sales in the area based on public tax records which can be dated. In this market when sales sometimes are few and far between and also distressed in some instances, the estimates can be way off. Finally, they cannot and do not take into consideration the interior condition, schools and other factors which may add or detract from the value or their estimate.

You can only edit your own house. If there are issue with other houses you can use the yellow "edit" pencil to "repot problem with home" to report the map error.

As a homeowner you can claim your house and correct any facts. You have to register and then you can take care of it. Good Luck.
