Yes, you can list your home for sale by owner on Zillow (no charge).  To get started, either go to your home details page, claim your home and then click on "post for sale/rent" just below the list of home facts  OR go to the top line, hover over "homes" and see the option on the drop down list  OR go to postlets and create an account, chose Zillow as one of the syndication sites.
