There are several ways to promote your own home for sale without a Realtor. You You can advertise on most real estate sites. Pass flyers out to your neighbors and ask them if they know anyone who would like to live in the neighborhood. You may want to contact some real estate agents in your area and see if they have buyers looking in your price range and area. Also, drop flyers off and some local mortgage lenders. Think out of the box. Look at what others are doing to sell their house and do something different. Good Luck.
