Here are the steps to do so:
1. Log in to your account on Zillow and pull up the property address.
2. On the home details page, click on "Edit status" beside the sale price.
3. Then choose "No longer for sale" on the drop down box and click on "Create your listing".
4. Go back to the home details page and click on "Tell us it's for sale" to re-post your property on the website.
We will advised the agent to remove this address from the source of the feed so that it will not be re-posted under the agent's representation every time Zillow updates the site or checks the feed.

You will have to answer simple questions that you would know as the owner.
