An appraiser provided a number that is approx. $60,000 more than your estimate. What could I do?

We recently refinanced our home and the appraiser came back with a number that is considerably more than the zillow estimate.  Would it be a helpful to zillow to have more accurate information than it is providing to the general public?

Zillow does the best it can.  But, until the very interesting day comes that a computer can walk around your house and neighborhood and, so to speak, kick the tires, it is best to never depend on an computer generated estimate of any home's value.
