Is it correct in the county records? I don't think Zillow pulls closed sales data from the MLS, just listings. (I could be wrong on this)

Thank you for your reply, Carol. MLS information was changed early October and now reflects the correct value. However, I still do not see the change being reflected in any of the Real Estate websites. Is there any way I can request these websites to refresh their data? Thanks, Regards, Vinod

All of the information from Real Estate Websites are drawn directly from the MLS. You should contact your agent and have them make the change in the MLS or have the listing agent make the change. Once the MLS is changed it takes a few days for the change to be filtered down to all of the different websites.




An error was committed by the Title company during a home sale which was corrected eventually
