Another "Spam Listing" on Zillow

What is the point of this listing? This spam foreclosure website wants you to register and pay for a subscription to get their information. It's a rip-off! That Zillow allows this just devalues their site.

Hi Marlow,
I have to agree with the foreclosure.com person who responded.
If you're looking for homes on Zillow, it's better to know that there's a foreclosure property available for sale than to now know about that property. Yes it would be even better to see all the listing information on Zillow without having to link off to a foreclosure site (and pay), but some information is better than no information.

Hope you're well,

spencer

Hi Marlow,

The point of this listing is so visitors of Zillow.com are aware of the alternative property types available. Foreclosures can provide great home deals in a market still saturated by inflated prices. This information is not readily available nor easily accessible by the general public and for that reason we have developed a notable, and successful service based on the demand within the industry.

We also provide a 7-day free trial so there is no risk involved.

Thanks again for your feedback.
