My name is Dan Engell. I am an Associate Broker at REUSA Northwest. I have been a full time licensed agent since 1988. I have a listing at 4615 72nd Ave W in UP that another agent has claimed but it is actually my listing. I tried to contact Zillow but they have done nothing.

Hi Dan -

If you feel that the information on the property about the agent representation is not true, you may claim the listing by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Zillow account.
2. Pull up the property and go to the Home Details page.
3. Click on the Flag listing which is located at For Sale by Agent section and click "Dispute listing agent".
4. On the next page, choose the third option which states "Agent error - It is possible that an agent claimed representation of this home accidentally or even intentionally", then click on "Take over this listing.

The agent has posted the listing for sale via an automated data feed. I will contact the agent to release this listing from the source of the feed so it will no longer be marked as for sale when Zillow updates the website.
