Absolutely! Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is one of the strongest lenders at this time. I have never had a mortgage fall through while utilizing them. They are efficient and professional. There will be no last minute problems. This is so important! They also hold onto their loans and service them therefore your loan won't be sold and you can go back to the original loan officer if any problems arise. Just remember if you are purchasing a duplex FHA you will have to be living in one of them.
