LOCK NOW!
Most banks have a float down or competitive pricing policy that will allow you to take advantage of a drop in rates.
By not locking you are risking rates getting much higher than they are now.

I would take advantage of the low rates now... and lock in the current rate. It's a chance they will go down even lower but a greater chance they will go up
