They will build on your lot and still allow you to participate in the program but they will need to determine if your home qualifies, this involves inspecting the home and determining it's market value. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. There is no charge for my assistance as builders factor realtor commissions into their marketing budget and they cover this expense... so you reap the benefits of having a professional to represent your interest while the builder covers the cost for such. But again please let me know if I can be of further assistance!

Thank you. Do you know if they will build on any lot? Does it need to be in one of their communities?

Yes! Homewood Homes and Trinity Homes are offering a program called Trade in Your Home. This program is designed for people who want to purchase a new home but need to sell their current home first. I helped 2 couples last year with this program. If you are interested in additional information please feel free to contact me!

Homewood Homes / Trinity Homes offers a buy out program in which they will buy a client's current home when they purchase one of their new homes. They build spec and semi custom homes.

Any central ohio homebuilders offering Trade-ins?
