LOL Azrob. When one of us sells, it is a slight very slight flicker of positive. Not enough of us yet to bring light to all this darkness. Plus all the doomers keep trying to blow our candles out.

I have listed my house to sell in Nov but its in the market ,so iam going wait till april to see if I can sell ,if iam not able to sell then I am going to rent my house out . Any advice on renting a house out... i am new to this and am trying to gather as much info as possible..... Iam not sure what I can expect from the tenant and the propery managment and how can I rent out .Any advice .
