I dont know where grain valley is, but it really depends on location. Brians neighbor charges 600 a day, and where I am it can run to $1000 a day. Typically, the more expensive cost of living, the more the cost for labor. It also depends on the severity of the grading. If you want to grade for a pond, it will be more time. If it is for grass, much less.
Call some contractors, and tell them what your goals are, and ask their hourly rate and minimum charge. If you have the money ready, and are available to proceed, have a few come out to give you a estimate on the hours(if someone says 2 hours and the other says 8, dont get excited for the one that says 2). Pick the one you like and go for it.
