Any info/advice on fractional ownerships in Sonoma, CA?

Looking at a wonderful property that has it all but is pricey--want to open it up to fractional ownership/vacation rentals.

Do yourself a favor and skip this deal.  If you are not experienced enough or don't have enough cash DO NOT rely on someone else to do what they say.  I've owned many properties and dealt with many deals, and I can tell you that when it comes down to it you can only rely on yourself! 

I suggest you consider a very inexpensive home and place a Section-8 tenant for guaranteed rents.  This is a great strategy for a 1st time investor or even an experienced investor who doesn't want to worry about rents.
