Any lenders who service West Virginia that can approve a 620 credit score for FHA/USDA?

Could we use my credit and and my husband's income? We would like to go with an FHA or USDA loan. I know the are we live in is USDA eligible and my husband's income qualifies for a Guaranteed Loan.
