Richard: We lowered the price last week from 559900 to
529900. This morning I got an offer for 510000 - but they want us to credit $14500 at close of escrow for closing costs so this will never fly. The market is really changing with all the Short Sales and Foreclosures along with the failed sub-prime market in the Reseda/Canoga Park areas especially.
