Our "Snow Bird" market in Arizona starts in January. The weather is beautiful, holidays are over and people want to golf. I always suggest that clients call for hotel or rental reservation 6 months to a year in advance. Major league Baseball spring training is in March and that makes accomadations difficult. Come to Arizona and "Live your Dreams".

The Spring Market IS here, new listings are coming on daily and the best ones are moving fast. Recommend you set up listing alerts so you see new listings quickly and if you see something you like, act quickly. I just closed a buyer on a home in Berkeley Height and we went under contract in 8 days.
