I would encourage you to use a local agent in your area. As they will be able to look up homes for sale on the MLS & pull up everything that matches your criteria.
Good luck

There are plenty of homes with in-law quarters and no stairs, like Ed suggested, an local agent in the area you are interested in purcahsing should be able to run this request in a search criteria and come up with a list of all homes that meet this basic need.
Hope this helps!

Hi Garcir2,
If you've been working with an agent, there are plenty of ways they can help you search your area to get a list of homes that meet your criteria.
So, the quick answer is yes, there are other homes with in-law quarters and no stairs. You might just search on Zillow for homes using those search terms, in the neighborhood or city you are looking to buy in.
I do hope you find what you are looking for and wish you the best of luck. :-)

Any other homes with in-law quarters, no stairs?
